To get you started here is one do at yourself home beauty recipe-a skin brightening green tea and coconut oil mask with groundnuts, avocado oil and lemon juice.
Green tea-gets rid of toxins
Avocado oil- rich in vitamin B
Oats- reduce inflammation
Lemon juice- offers antiseptic, anti bacterial properties and exfoliates the skin
Coconut oil- offers moisturizer and nutrients for the skin
INGREDIENTS:
green tea- 1 cup (boiled and cooled)
oats- 1/2 cup
avocado- 1 tablespoon (oil or mashed)
coconut oil-1/2 tablespoon (may omit if oily)
lemon juice- 10 drops
DIRECTION:
mix all the ingredients together to a paste, apply evenly on the face. let it sit for 10-15 minutes, remove it with washcloth and lukewarm water.
FREQUENCY:
do it twice a week, prior to bedtime, and use your favorite moisturizer.
